Triple Negative IDC for the second time

Hello Everyone,

I was recently diagnose with Triple Negative IDC for the second time in the same breast.

Fourteen years ago, I was diagnose for the first time, everything went well with treatment.

I had a lumpectomy, AC chemo and radiation.

Now, I had a mastectomy on the same breast and today I am on my third day after TC chemo.

This time there will be no radiation and at the beginning of next year I will go for a mastectomy in my second breast for prevention.

This was a very unexpected diagnosis. They said that the danger was high during the first 5 years and it will diminish as time went by.

My second cancer was in the same breast but in a different area.

Have any of you with Triple Negative IDC trying any natural remedies to stay strong during the chemo process?

Do you have recommendations?

I remember using cream cheese a lot last time and this time it has worked.

So far no nausea, vomiting or any bad side effects.

Being working fine (although I work online which is a big benefit).

Today I am feeling a little weak when I walk. I am a bit scare of falling as I usually fall a lot when totally healthy.

I am in a very positive mood which is helping.

Any recommendations on natural remmedies to stay strong, keep blood sugar low and the defenses high are greatly welecome and appreciated.

You might want to try "Calling All TNs" for a more active thread...? There are a lot of active members on that thread. Good luck with your treatment!
