Need help getting an armsleeve that won't roll down

    Hi,

I wear juzo varin (dynamic) arm sleeve which has helped greatly. I noticed that the new ones that I bought roll down at the silicone border. I thought maybe it's because I bought a printed juzo and the fabric is soft. I went ahead and bought juzo varin that I am used to and the same thing happened. Please has anyone encountered the same issue? I buy from lymphedema product. I tried mediven harmony armsleeve but it was about 3 inches short and it doesn't come in longer length. I wear armsleeve daily and had to go back to the old one that I have been wearing since January. Please I need recommendations on a very good armsleeve that will keep the job done without rolling at the underarms. I don't have a functioning armsleeve at the moment.

    Thank you.

Have you called Juzo? Or Mediven? Usually LE companies are very good about discussing/resolving issues. Otherwise I would call the doc or LEPT who originally treated your lymphadema and ask what they're recommending now.

    Hi, MsPrecious,

Most sites that sell LE sleeves also sell a roll-on skin adhesive call "It-Stays" that keeps sleeves from rolling or slinking down your arm, but still allows you to remove them easily. As long as the fit is still good, It-Stays can really help get you through the day without the hassle of a rolling sleeve. I'm sensitive to adhesive, but this product even works on my skin.

I'll second MinusTwo's advice about asking your LE therapist what she recommends, as new products do become available from time to time and s/he will likely be aware of any that could help you. And I also agree the companies are usually eager to hear from us and to resolve issues we're having with their products. Please let us know what you discover!

    Hugs,
    Binney
