Confused and concerned Bi-RADS4

In 2013 I started having discharge from left nipple. It was dark brown, like dried blood and yellowish and kind of oily. I had an ultrasound and they said I had a simple cyst, no big deal. Mammograms have always been good. I just went for my Mammogram this year and I had to have an ultrasound. When I questioned what they were seeing, they said they were watching the previous cyst and there was a change so they want to get a closer look. When I saw the radiologist he told me it was new. He’s was nice but wouldn’t tell me anything so I’m feeling in the dark.

i went to the ultrasound and was told I have a solid 2.4 x 1.7 x 2.0 cm mass. It is circumscribed, Lobulated and 2cm from nipple. The thing that is most concerning is that it has some internal vascular features. It’s relative isoechic to hyperechoic. My main concern is the vascular. Has anyone had anything similar?

Biopsy was Friday and I’m waiting results.
