Know what I thought when I saw this photo from Trump's "gathering" today?
"Watch out, honey. You are so on the wrong side of right. At the rate you're going, you'll be next."

On Barrett.......

OMG.....When I saw this I thought what a poor color choice THIS was! Looks like Trumpers being drowned alive by non-Trumpers!

I hope when this is over DT ends up at the Hague and the International Court of Justice......

Hahaha, Trill! Love the Ivanka meme. You are smart to scroll past the comments of your Trumper “friend" . There's no reasoning with these people. Their way of thinking boggles OUR minds!
Cindy McCain has cut a commercial for Biden. It will run statewide in Arizona beginning Saturday and nationally during "Fox News Sunday" and CBS' "60 Minutes," as well as during some football games later Sunday.

Divine, when i come to my friend's DT comments--or more likely her "I hate the libs!" stuff--I skate along......I don't read them....
I hear the Taliban and KKK endorse Trump......THAT says a lot......

Great ones, Ruth!

I deleted that post above about Trump meeting this am. to discuss resignation topic with team and family as I think it's been found to be Deza... so out it went.....
-
I agree, Trill,, if tRump had a negative Covid test, they would have announced it by now. Some people test positive for quite a while after being infected. I bet he is one of them,,,,
-
I love the memes too Ruth and that great dog ad -- it is just perfect. Even though animals usually are ok with anyone who is good to them somehow I just have the feeling that animals having a different degree of awareness would feel the dislike and evilness of Trump and I'm not so sure they'd be all that willing to be his best friend.
I agree as well -- Trump would shout it out loud and clear if he had PERFECT tests, the GREATEST tests anyone ever had. He is the guy that no one can beat. We won't include the SAT's in this time.
It is hard to say if Trump has discussed resignation. I think a number of people may have mentioned it to him as in a way to possibly save himself. If he thought he could stay out of jail, he might even go for it. I think since New York seems eager to get him on fraud, income tax etc. though he is less likely to resign. He I would imagine hope for enough Proud Boys and other strange militias to help him steal the office some way. He will use the SC as well if it comes down that way. He doesn't care how he cheats --- he is willing to do it any way that it will work -- with violence if need be.

Chris Christie is and will always be a sleazeball. He is another rule breaker as evidenced by him being caught redhanded on beaches he had ordered shut to the public and like drumpf he had a lie readily available on the tip of his tongue. He never got the position drumpf dangled and he still supports him? As far as his advice to drumpf about stuttering, has anyone pointed out to him that in spite of having a gastric sleeve procedure, he is still a morbidly obese man? He just has that ick factor about him.

Ruth, I totally love the updates of your ongoing bingo game!
Oh my, the Ven diagram meme! I was just thinking about Soylent Green (“It's people!") earlier this week as the nation's events unfolded.
The comment about Republicans spreading rumors of Biden handing the ropes over to Harris after the election and her naming AOC as VP. What a friggin' narrative. AOC is polarizing to Republicans. They try to shove an outspoken woman politician in the face of their constituents to rile up the base. They can't use Clinton effectively this election, so they're attempting to find that one woman Democratic figurehead who they can disparage and throw to the wolves. It is disgusting.

One of our dreams is that Biden be elected president and Lindsay Graham lose his senate seat.
Jaime Harrison smashes Senate fundraising record in race with Lindsay Graham
Fadel Allassan
South Carolina Senate candidate Jaime Harrison's campaign announced Sunday it raised $57 million in the third quarter of 2020, shattering the quarterly fundraising record for a Senate race set by Beto O'Rourke in 2018 by almost $20 million.
Why it matters: Harrison's massive fundraising hauls have fueled his run to unseat Sen. Lindsay Graham, a close ally of President Trump who is now facing the most competitive re-election race of his career. The outcome of the South Carolina contest could be pivotal in determining control of the Senate.
The state of play: Recent polling has indicated that the race is virtually tied. Graham and Harrison both received 48% of the vote in a Quinnipiac pollpublished in September.
By the numbers: Harrison's campaign said it received 1.5 million donations from 994,000 donors, with an average of $37 per gift. The campaign has raised $86 million total this cycle.
What they're saying: "This campaign is making history, because we're focused on restoring hope back to South Carolina," Guy King, campaign spokesman said.
- "While Lindsey Graham continues playing political games in Washington, Jaime Harrison is remaining laser-focused on the real issues impacting people here — like healthcare, broadband access, and COVID relief for businesses and families.
- "After 25 years in Washington, Lindsey Graham has changed into someone voters no longer recognize, and these resources will be instrumental in our efforts to send Lindsey home in November."
-
Their debate is going to be virtual because Lindsey refuses to take a Covid test. Amazing.....

Ruth, I like the new avatar. Blue, I will have to try and find that article you put in as it just didn't want to open for me. Not sure why, but it seems some places don't like that I use IE to open things rather than Microsoft Edge. I will have to check and see if they have updated the Edge into changes I like to make -- font size etc.
As to these Reps. Not sure why many of them are just seeming to throw all cautions to the wind. Like Graham in rejecting the covid test. I think I read somewhere they he could test positive ( should have saved it ) and if he can hold out to get Barrett, then he feels like he cold do okay. The Reps. are very set on this -- but I think a lot has to do with their using it to scare people that the Dems will put more judges on the court if they get Barrett on. Well, why wouldn't we. There is no use of a court that is going to be mighty likely to favor one side too many times. People want FAIR justice.
