Tamoxifen stiff neck & lump

I’ve had a stiff neck for over two months now. Massage helped and now pain/stiffness is back. Ultrasound showed 2 lumps (likely not lymph nodes). Anyone have neck stiffness on one side and/or muscle knots as a result of tamoxifen?

mommck3, My neck and shoulder pain was diagnosed as truncal lymphedema. Has your MO ruled this out?
