Bad Experience

So I went to get my 2nd fill today and just walked into a very small room and the Doctor and a student, plus PCA were all standing there. They asked if it was ok to have the student and I said sure. Well they were all just standing there watching me instead of leaving so I could disrobe. It was really uncomfortable and awkward. Then after a moment two of them left. I disrobed and the PCA said it looks red so she called the Doctor and student back in and they want me to take antibiotics for a week. When I was sitting in the chair and the Doctor was looking at me it looked like he gagged. It was noticeable to me. I felt really self-conscious and cried on the way home. I was thinking maybe it was somethjng he ate but it happened when he was looking at my breast trying to determine if t was infected. It was a definite gag reflex that I could see even with his mask. He is really nice but I am not feeling like my concerns for the hardening of my right breast are being addressed and now the infection. The pca is really nice so that helped. I guess this is more of vent than anything. I don't even know if I have capsular contracture although I brought it up several times at each visit. My right breast is stone hard and pretty high up in my chest. The TE has been in a year
