Fibrocystic breast and warmth
hello ladies
i have a question for those with fibrocystic breasts. Have had it all my life but last 6 months it is really extreme. my left breast is so much bigger than right. I know this one always has more glandular tissue, so this seems ok. But i recently discovered that my left breast is so much warmer than right. in the right there is quandrant with hardly any glanudlar tissue and this is cooler to the touch. but left is really warm. I don't have any itching or rash.
Anyone with a warm breast due to fibrocystic changes?thanks you so much for the responses

hi, just stumbled across your post because I’m new here.
I’m not sure what’s going on with my boob yet. Mammogram and ultrasound are clear. No mention of fibrosystic breast or anything just “it’s fine”
I will say though, it’s my right boob that’s offending me, it too has more breast tissue than the left. The breast tissue feels hard and lumpy (I don’t have a lot, I have implants since the kids destroyed my natural look) and my upper half of nipple appears puffy. Anyway my breast tissue can be felt easily as implant is behind muscle and like I said, it’s hard, lumpy, painful and much warmer than the left. Odd..the breast surgeon didn’t seem concerned about the fact it was warmer. There is no redness and skin doesn’t feel sore but it’s definitely hotter but now I’m left wondering if it’s a normal temp and it’s my left that’s cold? Such a confusing time with so many unanswered questions.

Hi MrsB1977, We're sorry that there are so many unanswered questions. What kind of implants did you have? Did you discuss them with the breast surgeon? How long has this been happening?

hi, I’ve put a post up. I think it’s just under this one
- Implants are 2nd time around. I had them replaced after 10yrs. Second Surgery was about 7yrs ago. Can’t remember the actual name of implants but maybe ativa. Silicone anyway. Breast surgeon was aware of them but didn’t really comment.
I suppose I noticed the size difference a few month ago but just thought it due to my right always being bigger than my left and knowing I had more breast tissue in the right. I just figured it was looking weird because implants aren’t perfect. Now I’m freaking out about it all

hi faceface 10
I completely forgot thuis topic. My breast was ok, no warmth the last couple of months. But this cycle it is warm again. So i think this had to do with the fibrocystic part. Did you get any anders?
