I haven't tried any of the recipes I'm posting. But they do look pretty healthy. This one with the cheese may not be for many. Or I suppose you could substitute some other kind of healthier cheese. I'm sure you gals can use your own imagination.

Cheesy Broccoli Casserole


Prep Time: 10 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes: 8 servings, 3/4 cup each


1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken

2 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98% fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 cup CHEEZ WHIZ Light Reduced Fat Cheese Dip

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, using only 3 Tbsp. margarine. Set aside.

MIX remaining ingredients in 2-qt. baking dish; top with stuffing.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

Make Ahead
Assemble recipe as directed; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 to 50 min. or until heated through.

    Someone suggested using fat free Italian dressing. Said it wouldn't leave the greasy taste in the mouth. AND, fewer calories.

    Easy Vegetable Toss

    Prep Time: 15 min
    Total Time: 25 min
    Makes: 16 servings

    1 lb. broccoli florets
    1 lb. cauliflower florets
    1/2 lb. green beans, ends trimmed
    1 large red pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
    1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

    ADD broccoli, cauliflower and beans to rapidly boiling water in large saucepan. Cook 2 min. or until vegetables are bright in color and still crisp. Do not overcook. Drain immediately; rinse with very cold water. Drain well.

    PLACE vegetable mixture in large serving bowl. Add pepper strips; cover. Refrigerate.

    TOSS vegetables with dressing and cheese just before serving.

    Easy Creamy Baked Asparagus

    Prep Time: 10 min
    Total Time: 25 min
    Makes: 4 servings


    1 lb. asparagus spears, trimmed
    1/4 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing
    2 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 cup coarsely crushed RITZ Cheese Crackers (about 12 crackers)

    PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Cook asparagus in large skillet of simmering water 2 to 3 min. or until bright green but still crisp; drain.

    TOSS asparagus with dressing in 1-1/2- to 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and cracker crumbs.

    BAKE 10 to 15 min. or cheese is lightly browned and mixture is heated through.

    Make-Ahead
    Prepare as directed except for baking; cover. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 20 min. before baking. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F 15 min. or until heated through.

    Save 6-1/2 grams of fat per serving by preparing as directed using KRAFT FREE Ranch Fat Free Dressing and RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers. You will save 40 calories too!
