Hello. I haven't posted on this site for almost many years now. Just passed my 10 year anniversary from my diagnosis.

Been on Piqray for almost a year. Been lots of ups and down with markers over that time. Now looks like progression into liver mets. Doc wants me to have another CT scan. Terrified due to covid (I'm in AZ). I'm losing my mojo and getting depressed. It's been a long “journey". I expected greatness from Piqray. My PA appt is in a week and then the scan for the doc probably the following month.

Any Piqray users progress and what's the next part of the plan

    Hi Catwood!

I just posted about early evening fasting on the Piqray thread, so I'd move into no sugar at all diet plus a strong fast in the evening (without getting at all hungry during the day) to see if you can get the scans to look any better I put some links on the Piqray thread to more information- it can make a huge difference and there is time to turn the boat around, if it is possible- this works fast!!

What else have you tried? How long at stage 4?

hello! Been at stage 4 for 6 years, can’t remember anything anymore. Personally there was a questionable situation with my shoulder from the beginning and I’m not so sure I wasn’t at stage IV from the beginning.

As a result of the Piqray I’ve really been struggling with high glucose and on max dosage of metformin and Fast and slow acting insulin.

As far as what else have I tried? For the cancer treatment. Almost Every drug known to cancer research. Then in May of last year started Piqray due to muted brava 2 gene. Supposed to be game changer.

I will check out your threads. Thank you.

Well Catwood, at 6+ years, you are doing great!!!, but if you need other suggestions try the clinical trials thread in the metastatic section & mainly stay away from chemo! Lot of good trialks, for example the pfizer cdk2/4/6 and morpheus ones are discussed there
