Hello all,

I had a 3D imaging Mammogram this past Thursday, June 25, 2020. On the scan there were 2 very obvious white "spots". There was not a radiologist on site Thursday as this is one of the hospitals smaller clinics. I spoke with the technician and asked a few questions but not many. The clinic had to request my previous records to get a baseline. it is now Saturday, June 27, 2020 and I have not heard from anyone. Is this good news? Did anyone have to wait a few days before getting told there was cancer? Or are you normally called back immediately?

Thank you for your help. I am so nervous as these white spots were very noticeable.

“White spots“ are not a radiological term. I think you will need to wait forthe tadiologist to read, compare old films and weigh in. Anything we said would be pure conjecture.
