I found a dimple, really worried

I'm 22 years old, and I just found a dimple on my left breast when I raise my arms. I can't identify any lump, I do self-exams pretty regularly but my boobs are always kind of fibrous and lumpy. I am really scared, because I can't find any information about what else could cause a dimple but no discernable lump. Does anyone have any info?

    Yes, sweetie, what you have is a 22 year old's dense lumpy breasts. The chances of it being anything else are infinitesimally small.

    If it worries you, then track it for the next 3 to 4 months. I bet you'll find that it either disappears entirely or tracks your monthly cycle. Either outcome should put your mind at ease.

    Stay away from Dr. Google. He's not at all reliable. 🙂

    Excellent advice from Trishyla.

    At your age, the odds of this being anything but normal dense lumpy breasts (which surprisingly, most of us have) is tiny tiny. So monitor your breasts and see if this comes and goes.
