Concerned

I have been to three doctors still no diagnosis, the whole top of my right breast Has turned a light reddish purple, I have an ache, my shoulder has been in pain for three months, My voice has been the horse for a month, and no one can tell me what it is. The breast cancer doctor said it don’t need to be biopsied in that I need to go to a skin doctor now. So what are y’all‘s opinion about this? By the way I already had a mammogram in the ultrasound no lumps
