body/wedge pillow to encourage sleeping on the back

My PS said that I need to sleep on my back after my mastectomy with tissue expander. I like sleeping on my side

I saw the references here to the wedge or pillow that helps with this but I can't find the original recommendaiton.

I would appreciate pointers to that.

Hi,

I am a big proponent of the wedge pillow! You can find them on amazon or any home goods store with a bedding section. The wedge acts to elevate but comfortably support your upper body. You place your regular bed pillow, or two , on top of that. I also had a stack of pillows to support my arms. I am a hardcore side sleeper, but this made it quite comfortable. I also used one of those U shaped neck pillows so that my head would flop too far sideways. It’s all about what is comfortable to you. All the best
