I am grateful

I am grateful it was warm enough I could feed the birds out my door and fill my feeder today since they were very hungry before it snows again.

I am grateful for being inside with blowing winds and snow blowing in today.

I am grateful the sun came out today again.

I am grateful I got through a rough day yesterday.

I am grateful to get through another day.

Thank you foots. I am trying to keep my spirits up. I am grateful for friends here who keep me going when I get down.

I am grateful for food on my table and a roof over my head.

I do too and seeing people. I am grateful even though windy right now it is sunny enough to let some sun in my living room at least. The little squirrel who lives in the tree out my window came to the door to see me.

I am grateful despite a lymphedema flare up that my compression bandage seems to be working. I have since worked in the yard the last 2 days. It helps with a lot of anxiety about the Corona virus these days. My arm aches my shoulder a little bit, my back but I feel pretty darned good and can feel how much stronger my upper body is than I was this time a year ago. Thank you to my care givers who couldn't guarantee I'd feel this way after 4 surgeries but knew there was a good possibility. I am humbled.
