Tips for caring for yourself if you get COVID-19

Options

COVID-19 is scaring the bejeebies out of me and as a Stage IV person, I'm afraid I won't get real help. I started looking around for information on how you take care of yourself if you get COVID, and was finding mostly stuff that says don't give it to others, which is obvious. So I started scouring and found some good, solid advice from doctors, nurses, etc on what you do if you get COVID. Trying to get this out there because it gave me comfort to know this stuff. Wanted to pass it on. What was really helpful to me is the info on breathing, anxiety and positioning to help with labored breathing (a huge fear for me). Hope this helps.

I have this fear too...”Stage IV cancer puts you to the back of the triage line” ....even though I currently function as as well as any “normal” person.

I have hypertension, too, so I do want to avoid getting infected if at all possible.

Thanks for the post, your blog looks great.
