Nope, haven't been to the grocery store since this all started.

The next person has cravings that can't be fixed by things left in their cupboards--I'm now eyeballing a can of chocolate fudge frosting to get my chocolate fix because I don't have the ingredients to make any sweet to put the frosting on!!! LOL!!!

Fudge frosting sounds good! I tried a recipe called Quarantine Cookies with only 3 ingredients; peanutbutter, sugar and an egg. They weren't that good but I was desperate!

The next person spent some time outside today.

Only walking to and from the car.

The next person watched some TV today.

TV is kind of always on but did I watch it today? Mmmmm.....

Ruthbru, I can relate to the 3 ingredient recipe. I tried making brownies without eggs and subbed almond butter--satisfied my craving for sweet treat, but texture was more like floury fudge than brownie--but tasted okay!!

The next person made a real meal today instead of mining the refrigerator and cupboards--mine was a long roasting beef roast and mixed veggies!! I hope it is as good as it smells cooking!

I actually did! And I'm not the cook of the family - DH is. (Lucky me!!) I made stuffed pasta shells. A very simple recipe with ground beef, pasta sauce, cheese, and large shell noodles. DH rolls his eyes like it's beneath him, but the kids love them. Plus, they reheat very easily for leftovers.

The next person does chores stereotypically handled by their spouse. (e.g. My hubby cooks, but I fix the plumbing.)

Can't say I'm good at paperwork--just one of those things I have done all my life--good, bad, indifferent!!

The next person still balances their checking account (I have friends who just let it go and never really know how much they have in their account, or no longer have a checking account!)

I do try to balance my bank accounts but I don't have a separate cheque (Australian spelling) account.

No, thank goodness I don't have seasonal allergies.

I have to answer a previous question. I have to balance my checking accounts every week on payday. I cant stand it if they're even a penny off. Probably all those years in banking caused that! Lol

The next person gets emotional hearing certain songs.

(I just heard a beautiful rendition of "Amazing Grace" on the news that left me teary-eyed.)

All the time! My kids and I love Broadway soundtracks and musicals. Once we had been listening to "The Greatest Showman" in the car on the way to the grocery store. We parked in the middle of a song, but kept on singing all the way into grocery. When we finished, we got a round of applause in the produce section. :D

Ocean, yes, wasn't Andrea Bocelli singing Amazing Grace something! I've watched it several times on YouTube.

The next person got groceries this week. I finally gloved and masked up and got some this morning for the first time in 5 weeks of staying at home during COVID.

True. I felt like I won the lottery when I got a Walmart pick up yesterday. I checked the app Saturday and there was a spot from Monday 6-7. I would normally never shop that late.

I don't think it was very sunny on Tuesday but Wednesday is meant to be the hottest day this week (24C), so I hope it will be sunny.

    Hi Aussie!

Yes, I do. I can't see 2 feet in front of me without them. Lol Well, I can but it's nothing but a blur. Lol

The next person had braces on their teeth as a child (or even as an adult).
