BIRAD 4B worried waiting for biopsy

Hi Everyone!

I found a palpable mass 2 months ago, went to the doctor 4 weeks ago, they ordered a diagnostic Mammo and u/s, the mass is a complex cyst with indirect margins and debris, so they want to biopsy. But they also found a mass that I couldn't feel that was not on my mammo 9 months ago. It's solid, has indirect margins, internal vascularity, also runs perpendicular to the skin. I have a background in the medical field so I know all these characteristics point to malignancy. I'm stressing out that my biopsy isn't until next week, due to this covid19 pandemic they are limiting their services so they are booking way out. Anyone have similar findings? Benign or malign? I'm prepared for the worst case but hopeful for the best case.
