MC, the photo did not come through and would love to see the haircut.
-
no pic either.
-
I just got some advice from a breed-specific page, so hopefully I can get him trimmed around his eyes with special scissors.
-
Looks like a cutie. Love those black curls!
-
I love him, even though he may not be a true Shorkie. I don't know how to elide Shi-Tzu/ Schnauser. May be impossible.
-
-
He pulls his bed out of his kennel on a daily basis. It is his girlfriend, if you get my drift. He has been working on a rawhide bone for most of the day. He has persuaded me to walk 8,000 steps today.
-
He is handsome! Looks like you are doing a great job with the grooming!

MC; I too get in plenty of outdoor steps with my furry friend. Mostly seeing the same folks walking in my neighborhood, however, more kids are out and about - dusted off bikes and skate boards. My 6 foot leash keeps us at least that distance apart but am a bit nervous about having people pet him as I could pick up virus from his collar when I take it off. Anyone else concerned about that situation?
-
Not concerned. We go to dog park every day. Either don’t let ppl near him, or leave collar on.
-
I would rather tell them that I am not comfortable with that. It might be a superabundance of caution to others, but the anxiety of a possible exposure, however slim is something you can do without. Or just tell them to not touch the collar. My boy uses a harness because they tend to have trachea problems.
That aside, I went to the hospital last night with high blood pressure. Mostly an anxiety issue. But my anxiety was for the world, Italy, the economy, people in the middle of chemo with extremely fragile immune systems, my 93 year old aunt, my brother in California, whatever I could get myself worked up over. I saw a number of people with obvious respiratory problems.

Jack5ie - What a sweet pic! Looks like you have a great cuddler there.

Hi Rah! How are you doing ? Tag is still with us!! He's amazing. Trucking along. Back legs weakened more everyday.

Yeah. Either the shelters are closed or doing adoptions by appointment only. All are pretty much in thr areas that have high cases of this virus.
