Anyone misdiagnosed with Paget's

i am currently 32 years old and I've had a rash on my left areola since August 2019 that has progressively gotten bigger. It gets really itchy at times and then subsides, but the scaliness never goes away.I went to the dermatologist and with much reluctance by my doctor, I had a shave biopsy. She messaged me today saying it was eczema and is prescribing a topical hydrocortisone cream. I know I should be relieved with this, but something deep down is telling me to get a second opinion. Has anyone here had the same issues and had it turn out to be in fact paget's?

    Hi mdc21, This is a tough call. It sounds like you are getting the necessary tests done. Do you feel that the shave biopsy was not sufficient? Do you have unusual discharge as well? A second opinion may be good, at least to ease your concerns. Eager to hear what others have to say.
