Blind justice smells real good.

Don’t think I’d want to tangle with them.

Didn’t know where to put this. The dogs could handle it, maybe

Now there is a joke that will fly over the heads of many. I hope they will google to get it. I love it!!
So last night, about bedtime, I was sitting at my computer, making a last check at my favorite places. Tippy got up on the footstool that I keep beside my chair, and scratched at my arm, requesting cuddles. He always gets cuddles before I put him in the crate for bedtime. So, he got his cuddles; then he got "bedtime". It was so cute, but he still does not go to his crate to sleep. Apparently his previous owner used the crate as punishment, it took us a long time to get to this point. Generally he naps beside me on the footstool or on the sofa.

Oh, yes. He is really helping me get more exercise. I easily get 5000 steps in a day because of his demands. Except he begs to go outside simply because he prefers to be outside. Yesterday he spent several hours basking in the sun on tie-out. He has been demoted to inside tieout whenever I leave without him.

I took Dawson (12 yo golden retriever/chow mix) to vet yesterday b/c I found 2 lumps on him. I was so scared I was going to hear he had cancer. Imagine my delight when she said they were just fatty cysts and to leave them alone unless they get a lot bigger or started causing mobility problems (one is right in the front leg joint). I could have kissed her face!! She went on to say all his labs were good, teeth look great, gained 2# in last year but otherwise looks great!
-
Whew!!!!
-
Good news! Yeah for you and Dawson.

I spent 135$ for groceries today. I usually get what I want when I need it. Buying groceries for two weeks was painful, but I think I have most of what I need. Tippy isn't panicked at all. He calms me. He is going to the shearing shed late this week. I have a spinner available, but I think I will save what I collect this time for later. Yes, he is my little black lamb.
