Not always, but more frequently than I used to. I have several interesting lavalieres that I wear to help camouflage my asymmetry. (Single mastectomy, but I don't bother with a foob.)

The next person has eaten ice cream for dinner.
(The reason for this question is because I was thinking about when I was a child we always had a big meal for lunch on Sundays after church. So we would often times have banana splits or hot fudge sundaes for dinner. This is actually one of my fondest childhood memories. Something I continued with my daughters.)
