    I have been working out since (even before) I started with Letrozole and have never faced any bloating or acidity but it becomes unavoidable if i am on vacation. Neither exercising nor eating healthy. I have been taking over the counter milk of magnesia or anatacids. if i can find neither than i take a glass of cold milk and it gets better. Hope i could help
