Lymph node doubled in size

a year and a half ago, I had my first mammogram. There was a lymph node about 2cm. They wanted me back in 6 months to check it. Life got busy and I never made the time. Now, a year and a half later, I've had another mammogram and the lymph node is 3.5cm. I'm going for a biopsy on Monday. I'm freaking out. I'm only 40 and have a 3 year old at home.

    breast specialist says she thinks it is unlikely to be cancerous because it has clearly defined borders and its overall appearance. I'm to have an ultrasound in 3 months to check it.
