Anyone on Exemestane?

I am awake at 3:00 am because my body is achy from my exemestane. I’ve been on it for almost 5 years now. Running and exercise, along with daily gabapentin, was keeping these pains away. But recently the pains have come back. I started running 3 miles a day and that helped. But tonight they are back and I can’t sleep. Why are these pains only periodic? I’m frustrated. I also get dizziness, stomach upset and foggy brain on them too... but not consistently. Anyone else?

    I have been on exemestane for over 2 years. I am achy in my hips mostly but not unbearable. My other side effects are insomnia and a very dry mouth. I haven't experienced dizziness or stomach upset. I will admit to a foggy brain on occasion!

    I'm on Aromasin too. I haven't had to much trouble with achiness other than in my feet and hands, usually in the mornings. I am always cold and I do not sleep well at all! That is the hardest for me. I'm sorry you're having trouble. Kudos to you for running everyday lorreymom! I'm trying to exercise more. It's hard in the winter but I have a gym available at work so I really have no excuse.
