Swollen breast and armpit pain

hello,


I am new to this. So for the past couple of weeks I've noticed my right breast quite larger than the my left breast. Lately I've been feeling under armpit pains and some what of a beast tenderness with fullness. I have a doctor app next Thursday and I am TERRIFIED.... someone please reach out and let me n ow your thoughts...
