Vagifem 2 years after mastectomy and recon after LCIS

Hi all. I am 2 years post op from a double mastectomy with reconstruction due to LCIS. I am experiencing some “vaginal atrophy" as per my visit yesterday with my gynecologist. Menopause was super easy for me but I have painful sex so he gave me a script for the lowest dose vagifem. 1 tablet 2x's per week. I am trying to ask my Breast doctor but while waiting for her response I am looking for some feedback or advise from you guys. Do the risks outweigh the benefits? Marlena from N.J
