feeling a big lump

hello everyone

today I tried breast self examination for the first time and I felt a lump in both of my breasts both of them the same size ,, roundish,, and hard

although I hadn’t done self examination before , I know that since I was a teenager I had this lumps but now I feel they are a little bigger ,( i’m not sure actually)

I researched a lot and in most of the articles they said that I should be concerned about new changes and some breasts are lumpy

so do you think there is something that I should worry about

    Make a doctor's appointment. Even if it's nothing, a physical exam (and further testing if the doctor deems it necessary) will give your doctor a baseline for future exams.

    Ava - ALice is right. You didn't list your age, but it's important to get a baseline. Hoping you have been going to an OB/Gyn all along who has felt your breast every year.
