Some redness on my breast - kind of worried??

So I honestly don't know where else to go at this point.

I'm a 22 year old student. On the 29th of december I noticed a perfectly red spot on my right breast. The hours / days after that I noticed I would have some redness on my breast. I had seen this before, when plucking on the skin and hair on my breast. Problem is, now I hadn't done anything. I went to the doctor and he didn't even touch my breasts and I showed him the picture of the red circle. He said it was ringworm and gave me a cream for it. I haven't even seen the circle since that morning of the 29th, so I wasn't sure but I trusted him ofcourse. I also have this one warm spot (that doesn't get red) that kind of dissappeared after I applied the cream a fee times, but has returned, but not as hot as before, barely even noticeable. The redness kind of went away for a few days, but is back now. It isn't in one spot (the location of the redness changes) and not the whole day, only in the evenings and when I've just got home from school. Yesterday I had some redness after school and it was almost purple. This really worried me. I'm making another appointment at the doctor, but I'm not sure of how it will go because there is nothing to feel and the redness comes and goes on different spots. I honestly don't know what to do...

Edit: Just now I also noticed some swelling

Anything that comes and goes does not sound like anything very concerning. I'd see a dermatologist if I was still worried after seeing my primary care doctor.

    Dear Snickersfanatic,

We are sorry that you are dealing with these breast changes and understand how worrisome they can be, especially if you are possibly googling your symptoms. MelissaDallas offers some wise advice. You could benefit from some kind of an answer for peace of mind if not from your primary then perhaps from a dermatologist.

I agree try to get into a dermatologist. It doesn't sound like anything too life threatening since it comes and goes. Cancer wouldn't come and go. A derm is the best one for skin problems!!
