I am grateful for my son's 5th grade teachers. He is so much smarter at 10 than I was at this age.

I'm also grateful for the yrs since my original diagnoses when he was 2. I am grateful to teach him about Ferris Bueller and the life message "shit happens".

I am GREATFUL for the support from my husband, our priest and my friends to finally tell my in laws and their fake drama, cruel remarks and unwillingness to apologize to me and my son for my mother inlaws emotional abuse and physical inappropriateness...that they can kiss my arse this Christmas season. Best Christmas since before diagnosis 7 yrs ago! Its ok to JUST SAY NO to overplanning and overthinking holidays and family.
