Questions to ask breast surgeon during consult?

I'm going for consultation with my breast surgeon and to meet my MO on new years eve. I don't even know where to begin with the questions. I can think of so many but I'm sure they don't have time to answer all of them. What are some critical questions I should ask? I want to have a list so I don't forget!

    My BS was full of information, and had a big printout packet for me, and spent close to an hour going over everything. I just kind of winged it and then followed up with other questions by phone.

    I had no idea what to ask so I just showed up to listen (I did bring my sister). Fortunately I loved the surgeon and felt very comfortable with her. One thing I did do was to take a tape recorder to record the entire session. Of course I asked if it would be ok and the surgeon said yes. I was glad I did this.
