Rough Tongue
My sister is going through chemo & her tongue feels rough to her. Any solid food, even soft, feels like sand to her which makes everything unappetizing. Does anyone have any advice on this? Thanks so much! She's so hungry & just can't eat!

BRAT diet - Bananas, Rice, Applesauce Toast. Smoothies. Ice cream. Watermelon. Pudding. Check out the chemo threads to find out what everyone is able to eat.
Oh, and Boost or Ensure. I expect her MO will also have recommendations and she should ask the doc about 'magic mouthwash'.
