Can someone answer my questions.

I’m assuming I’ll be doing chemo sometime in Feb. of next year. Right now I get acrylic nails and gel pedicure every three weeks. Will I be able to do anything to my nails during chemo?

    I had chemo every three weeks and it was during summer of 2017. So what I did was I got a gel manicure and a pedicure the day before each chemo treatment. It worked for me. I felt better after a week after each treatment so by the time the next treatment rolled around I felt it was ok to get nails done. My MO said there were no restrictions as my bloodwork and counts were all good during treatment. No issues.

    That's good to know. I will add it to my list of questions for my Oncologist once we decide the course of treatment. Thank you.
