Don't blow it off, have a doc look at it.

If it is truly just below the collarbone it would be odd for breast tissue extend up that high and if large enough, lymph nodes are usually felt in that little pocket above the collar bone. Either way an US would be key in deciding what it is if its not obvious on physical exam.

I have had pains below my collar bone from muscle damage/overuse (pectoralis major). These muscle pains can even extend into the breast. Is there a specific "trigger" point you can find below your collar bone that when you press on it the pain is zapping down? If nothing comes up with the breast and the Dr. visit, maybe find a massage therapist or read up on trigger points and myofascial release.
