Pathology chemo - could this change my chemo?

Hi everyone,

I had 2 areas biopsied in August - one was HER2 negative and one was HER2 positive. I also had lymph node involvement in 1 node. I am beginning AC-T chemo on 12/4. Yesterday, I saw an addendum of the pathology from my recent surgery (10/28) in my patient portal that indicated HER2 negative.

I haven’t heard from the oncologist yet, but I’m wondering if this could change the chemo plan? Since I had 2 areas biopsied with different results, I’m not sure how much to trust this current result (I don’t know how many areas they tested etc).

I’m sure the oncologist will call next week, but in the meantime...Thoughts?
