Anastrozole or Exemestane? Help me decide.

I started Anastrozole about a year ago with mostly minimal SEs. At my last check-in with my MO, I brought up the fatigue/brain fog, and she suggested I try Exemestane (not because it's thought to be better in that category, but just because it's different). I can't say I've noticed any changes (bad or good) in my SEs. I did some research on studies comparing the two and of course one tends to have slightly more <insert your negative SE of choice> and the other has slightly more other stuff. As far as I can see, they are equally effective in preventing recurrence. I'll have to decide in a few weeks which one to continue with, but so far it's a coin toss. Any thoughts??

I have been on anastrozole, letrozole and currently Exemestane. I believe that they are equally effective but some folks experience fewer se's on one as opposed to the others. I keep switching because of se's, but sadly, they all bother m. I have found ways to cope and since I've been progression free for 8 years, I will stay on one AI or another. I would suggest you make the best choice you can with the info you have. If se's are too bothersome you can always switch. Take car
