Lingering Pain Two Weeks After Screening Mammogram

I went for my mammo on Nov 1, and I left thinking that it wasn't near as uncomfortable as my last one two years ago. I got a call back, a 'new asymmetrical density' was spotted in two views on my right breast. I go in on Tues for spot compression & US. Trying to think positive about it....BUT my boobs are ON FIRE! Esp my left one! I'm 47, postmenopausal, hysto about 6 years ago and only have one ovary left. Anyone else have breasts that hurt for this long after a mammo?!?! I have never experienced this!
