Chest tightening and caving in and underarm scaring?

Okay I had a mastectomy of my left breast almost 5 years ago. I also had chemo and radiation. My concern issues now are: My Chest skin is very tight and pulling. Over time my underarm scar tissue is changing and painful. I have tingling and numbness on my left side. could this be scar tissue growing inside my surgery site pressing against nerves, lymph nodes causing tingling and numbness? can scar tissue interfer with lymph nodes?

    Radiation damage continues to pull in if you aren't stretching & keeping it moving every day. When you stop stretching the nerves, muscles, etc. pull back just like a rubber band. Still, if this has been going on more than two weeks, it would be a good idea to see your doc.

    thank you. Whatever is happening my left arm and hand are tingling and numb. I want to believe it’s scar tissue pressing against a nerve or lymph node. Something unremarkable is showing on my ct scan. My oncologist has scheduled more scans and MRI
