Long story short, I found and indention on my right breast 2 years ago and went for ultrasound and mammogram and both came back negative. I worried constantly and finally was able to get the breast surgeon to order another mammogram and ultrasound over a year later. I asked I for she would order an MRI but was told that insurance wouldn't pay for an MRI if there wasn't a lump. The ultrasound was normal but the mammogram showed benign calcifications. They didn't see anything concerning and told me to call if I felt a lump or saw that the dent was getting bigger. I put it out of my mind, which was hard because I see it every day when I get in the shower, and tried to get on with my life. I forgot to mention that I started having a tingling feeling in my bottom lip that came and went and has been for over a year now, and when I looked it up it said it could be caused by metastatic breast cancer. That was what brought it all back up again and why I got the second ultrasound and mammo. I just knew it had spread and I only had months to live. That was a year ago, so I'm still here, thank God.

So fast forward to now. I have an uncomfortable feeling under my right rib, around the liver, and a metallic taste in my mouth. Everyone says it's my gallbladder but I can't help but worry that it's metastatic breast cancer that's spread to my liver. I went to the ER and they did a liver function blood test and a CT scan without contrast of my abdomen but it didn't show anything. But the thing is, it wouldn't show liver cancer without contrast I don't think. So I know I'm panicking and maybe it's silly, but I can't do anything but cry and worry that my babies are gonna be without their mother. It makes me sick to think about it. Could my breast cancer have been missed and have spread to my other organs?

I think you REALLY need to stay off Google. You are building up a serious case of health anxiety.

I’ll admit that I have used google too much. But I haven’t been on google about this in a while. Sadly I did google my symptoms when they first started happening and a year later, here we are. I just worry because of the indention and the fact that certain breast cancers are not always found on mammogram and ultrasound.
