    Hi ladies,

    I’m having my mastectomy with with expanders put in in June. I’ve always wanted bigger boobs. Has anyone gone bigger after surgery

    My breasts before my PBMX were too big for me at 38DD. I went smaller. Now I'm 38B and happy.

    Why not go bigger? It's your choice. I hope your reconstruction goes smoothly.

    I'm bigger. I liked my natural breasts (B cup), but my PS said it would be easier for him to get a good result if he went bigger so now I'm a small D. I think he was right, my fake breasts look great and fit my frame very well.

    Hi ladies, my exchange is December 9 yay!! I’m a little nervous, I’m at 600cc right now with the expanders Im happy with the size. I’ve been reading that once the implants go in I might appear smaller. With the expanders I’m in a DD bra and I like it. Has this happen to anyone. I was a 36c prior and want to go bigger, with having children they were just sad so bigger and perky is my goal. Going though this was hard enough getting a little extra and being happy isn’t too much to ask
