Finally flat

Options

Umx in 2017. Told the breast surgeon then that I wanted no reconstruction. My one left behind was a DD, which left me with shoulder pain. It took two years, but finally convinced the surgeon to take the 2nd one, and had surgery Tuesday. I'm emotionally on a roller coaster just over feeling so bad from anesthesia and surgery. But pleased with the results. So different this time. Took me awhile to look at myself last time, but I was ready this time. Looking forward to getting fitted for prothesis and tattoos.

justbeatgeno, you might want to order a pair of “knitted knockers”. They are made by volunteers and are knitted from very soft cotton yarn and stuffed w lightweight stuffing. They are lightweight, super soft and not hot. They are free and can be ordered from their website. I go flat most of the time but use these w a bralette when I want curves. Very comfortable

Thanks. Yes, I love knitted knockers. Have 2 from my umx. Was looking at bralettes last night. Bras have been so challenging. Finding one to support the DD while also appropriately support a prosthetic. Bathing suits have been a nightmare. I'm excited for the possibilities now that I'm "even".

YES to the bra burning party!!!!!!!!!!! My Onc and I agreed that "ladies parts" should all come with velcro so we can just pull 'em off when we're done.
