Low white blood cell count - Ibrance
I’m currently on Letrozole and just finished my first cycle of Ibrance 125mg 2 weeks ago. WBC went down to .4. Blood test this week up to .6. Blood test next Tuesday to see if it’s up enough to start cycle 2 at possibly at a lower dose, 100mg. I’m wondering if anyone else who has been on this regimen and encountered low WBC, and was treated with amed to build up the white cells?

No, but...I was on Ibrance for 42 cycles May 2015-August 2018....I could only tolerate the 75 mg does-- I got 39 of the 42 cycles on 75 mg.
If you can't tolerate the higher doses, don't fret about dropping to a lower dose. A poster presented at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium reported that in post-marketing (real-life) analysis, it was shown that all three doses had near identical efficacy. Progression Free Survival differed between the three doses by only days...
It seems that what is more important than dose is that you are able to complete full 21 day cycles and re-start the next cycle on time. If the way you can do that is by lowering your dose, then that's a good call.
I hope that you find a tolerable dose and can make it through full cycles on time. I know how frustrating it can be.
I recently re-started Ibrance (on a clinical trial) and the trial protocol REQUIRES starting at 125 mg, regardless of prior tolerance. I will have my day 15 blood test on Monday...I'm curious to see how I'm tolerating it. The first time I tried it my ANC was 0.4 on day 15 and I had to be "off' for 10 days before it was high enough to re-start my next cycle at 100 mg...I didn't complete that one, either. But did great on 75 mg ever after that. At least the trial allows dose reductions if needed. But I'll be frustrated if to have to delay doses for my ANC to recover. It seems that prior experience should count for something!
Let us know how it goes for you in the coming weeks. I hope that you are able to find an effective and tolerable dose.

The same thing happened to me. After the first cycle, I had to be off for three weeks before I was good to go. My oncologist went straight from the 125 down to the 75 mg for me. He didn’t try the 100. I’ve been on 75 mg for three cycles and have had ups and downs but could usually start back up after my week off. I go Monday to see if I’m good to go, but I have a feeling I may have to take an extra week off. My neutrophils were only at .61 this last time at the end of my cycle. I don’t get anything to boost wbc.
