I think I will just move my thread down the line as I go thru things.

Recap...dx'd 10.10.2019, invasive micropappilary carcinoma with LCIS and high grade DCIS. 1.9 cm, grade 2, er/pr+, her2+.

Currently...just completed breast MRI shows nothing else in right breast but changes size to 3cm. Also, suspicious mass in left breast 2.3cm.

So, that lovely sucker punch puts me waiting on test results again. Ultrasound and biopsy scheduled for next Tuesday.

And, here comes that hopeless feeling and I am in bed with the covers over my head pretending that will keep the monsters at bay.

rlmessy - After my MRI they found two more suspicious masses, one on each side. Even though I knew I was going the BMX route I didn't want to wait till after surgery to find out what I was dealing with. I had all 3 biopsied a week later and thankfully the 2 new masses found were both benign. While it's hard to keep all the "what if" thoughts at bay do know there is a very good chance that your new mass is nothing worrisome. Sending hugs while you wait!

Well, it has been quite a day. Biopsy on new left breast mass was hard. It is under the nipple and was hard to keep in the Ultrasound view. I told the radiologist I would stand on my head for her as long as I did not have to do an MRI guided biopsy. She was awesome and got what she needed.

Then this afternoon I had my second opinion and I really liked the oncologist and his nurse was awesome. I have to decide soon so treatment can begin.

    I have decision fatigue!!
