Fat grafting question

just had my 3rd round of fat grafting and my PS said this would likely be my last bc I have no more fat to harvest! First 2 rounds did not take as well as I hoped. Any tips on how I can ensure what was transferred today survives? I know they say about 30% doesn’t survive, but I need as much as possible to survive!!

    On my second round I took a tip from the DIEP ladies’ play book and kept the new grafts very warm. I stayed bundled under covers and even used some warm packs to make sure there was plenty of blood flow. I had good success.

    This is great info VegGal! I am reconstructing with just fat after implant removal and never would have thought of this strategy. Thank you for sharing!
