I am pregnant and noticed a raised skin and redness around my nipple, of course I freaked out and went for an ultrasound. This is what I received. The raised part seems to come and go, but the redness stays. What should I make out of this?

FINDINGS: Targeted ultrasound right upper inner quadrant, right lower inner quadrant and right
subareolar performed. In the region of focal skin thickening and redness between 3 and 4:00 position
there is focal skin thickening to 0.9 cm. There is increased blood flow. No abscess is identified.
No ductal dilatation.
IMPRESSION AND RECOMMENDATION:
In the region of focal skin changes medial, inferior right breast there is focal skin thickening
with increased blood flow. This would be most compatible with mastoiditis. No abscess is identified.
Recommend clinical follow-up until clearing. If symptoms persist or worsen would recommend follow-up
study and mammogram.
BI-RADS Category 3: Probably benign-initial short interval follow-up suggested.
