Cancer in cerebrospinal fluid, share some hope?

Hello, I would like to hear how others in this position are doing and maybe get some good news to hope for, if possible. Any news or even just some information to share would be appreciated beyond words!

I haven't logged on in forever (lurk a bit though) and am not entirely sure if this is the right forum, sorry. So, that said, this year the cancer went to my brain (it's stable there) and then into the cerebrospinal fluid (if I remember right I've got a bunch of floating nodules/little tumours and they're putting pressure on my nerves, causing pain and mobility problems. My memory's been crap through this as I'm still kinda shocked, please bear with me).

I'm bedridden. Can't move my legs except the ankles, am very numb and have little muscle control from my stomach down, both hands are very shaky and both arms are weaker than before, but while I can't lift my left arm (can move the rest of it though), my right one I still have full movement in (thank all the gods! I'd be completely helpless otherwise).

I've got an Ommaya Reservoir and am getting treated with methotrexate, I've had two injections so far. Here's to hoping this at least doesn't get any worse!

Thank you for your time!
