I had both knees replaced before my breast cancer diagnosis. The pain with arimidex is bad in both legs. Has anyone else had knee replacements and now taking arimidex?

I haven't had a total knee replacement, but did just have surgery to repair my meniscus. Arimidex was really preventing me from rehabbing properly, so my MO agreed to a 1 month break until my PT was completed. I have since resumed arimidex and the knee pain is manageable. My orthopedic surgeon gave me samples of an anti-inflammatory cream to try. It's working well.

I had both of my knees replaced; the left one in 2012 and the right in 2013. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and have been on Arimidex since then. For the past year or so (since about Thanksgiving 2018), I have been having extreme knee pain in both knees, right more than left. I saw my orthopedic surgeon who did the knee replacements. He did a battery of tests on me including bone scan and x-rays and could not find anything wrong with the knee replacements. He sent me to a specialist on knee replacement revisions who also ran tests and said he also could find nothing wrong with my knee replacements. My right leg gets so bad sometimes that I can't even put any weight on it and I can't even move my foot, which is extremely concerning for me with regard to driving as these episodes with my right leg come on suddenly and without any warning. It's very frustrating that nobody can find anything wrong with my knees! I've seen two physical therapists, one of which said it was definitely being caused by the Arimidex. The other said it had nothing to do with the Arimidex. My question here is: Does anyone know if Arimidex can cause problems with knee replacements? Has anyone else had a problem like this? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
