IBC symptoms

Hi everyone, I'm 22 years old - no history of breast cancer. I do have fibroadenoma or breast mice in both of my breasts which I did an ultrasound and fine needle aspiration for and my doctor said its best just to monitor. This week though, I've been experiencing itchy breasts specifically on the left breast (i have five fibroadenoma in this breast). It started before my periods and now I am on my periods but a few days ago I had throbbing dull pain in my left armpit. I thought the itchiness was mostly to do with my periods but when I went to shower I saw two purple spots, one darker than the other, almost a deep purple the size of an eraser on the back of a pencil and the other a little bit smaller and very light but still purple on my left breast and of course I went googling. I know IBC is very very rare and the average age was 52 but I haven't read deep enough into the forum to see if anyone had both itchy breasts and purple spots as well as arm pit pain. I'm very worried and I'm going to the doctors tomorrow. Were these symptoms present in anyone else?
