I’m new here, had two previous breast reductions that left my left breast badly scarred and with fat necrosis. Received a baseline mammogram/us 5 years ago post surgery. Recently had my first “40” mammogram with a callback/us and finally biopsy. Mammogram noted “Assemmetry” left breast BIRAD 1

Went to u/s and radiologist notes .7x.8x1.4cm hypoechdemic shadowing mass like area in left breast recommends biopsy BIRAD 4. He left me saying he “favored” it was due to my previous surgeries...but of course the possibility is there. Had biopsy today, radiologist saw the ridge of stable fat necrosis and identified the small non palpable “mass” and obtained 4 samples....no I wait on the pathology report.

I’m confused on the measurement...how does one configure the full size?
