    Anyone have experience with fat grafting after radiation?  How long do you wait?  I had a lumpectomy and am interested in just evening out sizes. 

    And anyone heard of the brava method Miami Breast Center does?

    I did. Fat grafting only. I ended radiation in November and had the reconstruction in July, could have had it earlier. I'm thinking the doctor said six months after radiation, but I waited longer. Longer is always better to make sure you're healed. Did not do the Brava.

    I should add: it's not just about size, you might end up with the treated breast lifted and therefore higher than the other. I have not had that resolved and I'm still not even. I'm weighing my options while I wait to see how much fat I lose.
