Low blood pressure with chemotherapy

Hello , my mother just had her first chemo yesterday (AC) , she had a bit of dizziness that increases when moving , checked her blood pressure today and it was 110/60 . Also , on the arm where canula was inserted there is a little bit of redness similar to what you see if you have hypersenstivity or rash from a certaon type of food . She also have constipation , and eyes are a little bit itchy and crusties are forming when awake . Any help would be apperciated on how to manage these things . Thank you .
